2nd time buyingAbsolutely love it. Doesn’t clog up like most mops. Obviously not that magical to take off soap scum BUT, steam does great before using product on glass shower doors etc for elbow grease work. Does a fantastic job on tiles especially aggravating dried on dirt and what not. Buying another one tomorrow as my husband broke mine after having it for 5yrs smh

What a vibeI’m so happy with this we have two German shepherds and they love to dirty the floors. Our house is all floorboards and I can’t get it clean with a normal mop without it leaving lines of dirt it’s shocking. This cleaned them up really well. It’s a bit tiring having to hold the steam trigger to keep it steaming constantly but you get what you pay for.

Good for a quick clean but not a deep cleanIt’s handy for quick cleans of the main living area during the week but I find I still need to do a proper mop and bucket clean on the weekend to get the floors properly clean. Also It’s a bit annoying you have to hold down the ‘steam’ button the entire time you’re using the machine, hand gets a bit sore after a while. My old steam mop (different brand) didn’t require the button to be held down and that was much better for ease of use.

Waste of money !Been using on tiles in brand new house , doesn’t keep steaming Only been using for 6 weeks and now there’s a crack on the seam in the water tank ….. 6 WEEKS !

Better out thereDoesn’t constant steam, have to keep pushing button. Not powerful enough, barely moves dirty . Not happy with purchase at all, wish I could return it.
